SolEcom Panel Layout

Project names, coordinates, roof, panel, inverter, support and object parameters, layout, history, marking and preferences are stored locally in private app storage. There are no app-operated servers, ads, analytics, remote crash reports or Google Maps SDK. Camera, photos, contacts and device identifiers are not requested.

GPS is used only on request to obtain latitude and longitude for solar calculations. You can enter coordinates manually, decline permission or revoke it in Android settings. Coordinates are saved in the project. The system location provider may use its own network services.

You initiate JSON/PDF export. Files may contain project data and coordinates. A cloud storage or printing provider you select processes the file under its own rules. Exported files are not encrypted by the app.

Google Play processes the purchase; the app does not receive card numbers or banking details. Google processes purchase data under its own policy.

Data remains until you clear app data in Android settings or uninstall. Resetting defaults does not delete projects. Exported files must be deleted separately. Automatic app backup is disabled: export before uninstalling or changing devices. Android storage protection is used; no additional app encryption is applied.

Contact and website

If you contact support, Alexey Sakharov receives your email address and the information you voluntarily send, including attachments. They are used to handle your request. Email is processed through Gmail (Google). Do not send passwords, banking details or confidential customer information. You can request deletion of your message through the same contact, subject to applicable legal obligations. These Panel Layout information pages include no forms, cookies or our own analytics. Other sections of the SolEcom website have separate features, such as contact forms, and are not part of the Android app. These pages are hosted by Vercel, which processes technical request data, such as IP address, browser information and access logs, to deliver and protect the website. This processing relates to website visits; the Android app does not send projects or coordinates to Vercel. See the Vercel privacy notice.
