For a bug report, include app version, phone model, Android version and reproduction steps. Do not send passwords, banking details or confidential project files.

Delete data

Export projects you want to keep first. In Android, open Settings → Apps → SolEcom Panel Layout → Storage → Clear data. You can also uninstall. Menu names vary by device. Exported JSON/PDF files must be removed separately. Resetting defaults or clearing history does not delete all projects.

Purchase

Google Play handles purchase and reinstallation using the account that obtained the app. For refund requests use Google Play Help or contact support.
